Start from the bottom when building your startup

Too many startup founders get this wrong... Start from the bottom. Each tier is significantly harder than the previous one, like a video game. Starting from the top is like fighting the final boss when you have 0 equipment and skills. Learn the foundation of shipping, marketing, pivoting. Try making $100 with a simple product. Complete level 1 and move on to the next. Don't let the SaaS-only mafia make you feel inferior. These people are: - Making $0 and need to feel comfortable, or - Made it 5 years ago and feel too comfortable There is no wrong form of entrepreneurship. Each level is awesome and teaches you the lesson to complete the next tier.

I'm not saying every first-time founder should do dropshipping or sell their feet. If you have a SaaS in mind, ship it. Just don't let opinion leaders dictate your choice because "MRR is cool, selling shovels isn't". Apart from ChatGPT, no SaaS changed my life. Books did.
