Richard Branson built 40+ businesses without a masterplan
I just finished @richardbranson's biography, and man, what a life! What struck me the most is that he's the anti-billionaire mindset: no focus, no hard work peer pressure, no visionary masterplan. Instead, Richard built businesses he cared about, even if the market was already crowded. He found ways to make them different and added a touch of fun and personal storytelling. Somehow, it's very close to indie hacking but on a much bigger scale! The Virgin empire is now 40+ businesses, and a lot of these ideas came from previously failed ventures. Another great reminder to just keep going!
