Pivoting is how I made $1M

Every great entrepreneur says that Hard Work is key to success... But nobody talks about Pivoting. - In 2017, my friend @dumay_sacha asked me to join his AI startup in Korea. The next day I quit my life in France and flew to Seoul - In 2018, my friend @andrey_seas told me to sell my SaaS before coding it. The next day I became a marketer and sent cold emails. - In 2022, my friend @DanKulkov told me to focus on painkillers and not vitamins. The next day, I ditched my startup and moved on to the next one. Focusing (hard work) feels good. Pivoting (massive U-turn) feels extremely uncomfortable. When nothing takes off for too long — a big change has 100x more impact than tiny increments. That's how I made $1M.
