My newsletter grew from 0 to 10K readers in 5 months

My newsletter went from 0 → 10K readers in 5 months. What I learned: - Ask for a reply in your welcome email (increase engagement = reduce spam) - Cut the noise, people won't read 3,000 words on Saturday morning - Have 1 clear goal for each issue and stick to it

    - As what people want to read about - Plug your newsletter under some tweets (i.e. a milestone) - Show how many people read it (social proof)

    - Write 5 headlines, send them to friends, remove the messages after 24 hours, ask which one they remember: That's your winner - Repurpose your content on 𝕏, link back to your newsletter - Post a link to your issue on other platforms (Hacker News works well for me)
