My first startup idea was Mood2Movie(dot)com. It was 2021, I was just getting started and had no idea what to build... My wife was searching for something to watch when we realized we often picked the movie based on how we felt. Boom, a random idea was born. On paper, it's another movie recommendation app with a 99.9% chance of making $0. But it didn't matter. It was the first domino. After building and launching Mood2Movie: - I discovered problems - I learned how to fix them - I received user feedback - I grew a little following I used all that momentum to build the next project, and the next, and the next. One thing led to another, and now I have an endless list of startup ideas. Each has a chance to make money because they're solving real problems. Less thinking, more shipping!
