The tech stack I used to build 20+ products: - Stripe - NextJS - Mailgun - MongoDB - Tailwind CSS - No typescript I've never changed it in the last 2 years.

NextJS is hosted on Vercel and used for the front-end + API. MongoDB is the database, hosted on MongoDB Atlas. I use DaisyUI on top of Tailwind CSS for the UI. And for edge cases, like a CDN, I use AWS.
