My wife and I run our marriage like a startup

My wife and I approach our marriage like a VC startup We've never been happier. 1/ Vision We share the same vision for our life in 10 years: - Free - Happy - Healthy - Financially independent We align our daily actions with this vision. 2/ Roles We divide tasks and take full responsibility for their completion. For example: - My wife is the Chief Health Officer (CHO) — She ensures we have all the necessary supplements, nutrients, and a healthy diet. - I'm the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) — I ensure our taxes are filed correctly and our bank and ID documents are up-to-date. We used to split everything 50/50, but we realized we progress faster when we focus on our strengths and take full responsibility. 3/ Feedback We touch base every month to discuss: - Are we moving in the right direction? - Do we still share the same vision? - Do we need to reassess our roles? If something is off, we update the vision, the roles, or both. We've been doing this for 3 years, and we rarely fight anymore. When we do, it's brief (usually my fault, and it's resolved by saying, "Sorry, I let my monkey out").
