I've split-tested refund for ShipFast for 1.5 months: ❌ No refund policy - 188 customers - 3 refunds = 185 sales ✅ 7-day refund policy - 185 customers - 14 refunds = 171 sales $2,800 loss offering refunds. I removed the policy.
